Our goal is to keep your experience smooth, fair, and fun—whether you’re raiding, leveling, or just hanging out with friends. If you run into any problems, we’re here to help. Report bugs and glitches: If you spot a bug, crash, missing NPC, quest issue, or anything that “doesn’t feel right,” please let us know right away. Post in the Support / Bug Reports thread on the forums or message us in the Discord support channel. When you report an issue, include: Character name and realm What happened and the exact steps to reproduce it When it happened (date/time) Any error messages, screenshots, or short clips Harassment & player safety: We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, hate speech, doxxing, or threats. If someone is targeting you or others, take screenshots and report it immediately via the Discord support channel or the forum thread. You can also block/report in-game. We will review evidence and take action to keep Eternion safe for everyone. Launcher, website, or forum issues: If the launcher won’t start, updates fail, or you have login/display errors on the website or forums, please report it with your OS version, any antivirus/firewall details, and a screenshot of the error. The more specifics you provide, the faster we can pinpoint the cause. Your reports make Eternion better.
