Chovie Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 Eternion‑WoW — Starter & Progression Guide A clear, organized walkthrough of how Eternion works and how to gear up fast without getting stuck. Core Server Mechanics Haste focus: Eternion features very high haste and fast attack speeds. Haste cap: 1550 haste → grants 0.00 attack speed and instant cast. Dodge cap: 95% dodge → most NPCs will rarely hit you. PvP note: Players can still hit you if they stack Hit and Expertise—so PvP stays playable. Simple formula: Haste cap + Dodge cap = Win. Goal order: Prioritize Dodge cap first so you can reliably solo content. Then push Haste to speed up clears. First Login — What to Do 1. Spawn in your race’s starting zone. You’ll see several custom NPCs. 2. World Teleporter (Blood-Queen lookalike): Works like your Magic Stone—use either. 3. Magic Stone (in your bags): The core utility on Eternion: o Teleport to world zones & instances o Receive donation items o Access VIP menu (e.g., learn Dual Wield on classes that normally can’t) 4. Vendor NPCs (Dragon Queen look): o Voting vendor and Donation vendor: Preview only (you don’t buy from them directly here) o New Man Equipment vendor: Your starter gear source 5. Get your starter set: Open the Starter Gear menu and take the “Need” gear for your class (BoE, made for new players). 6. Panda NPC – must-do quest: Accept and immediately turn in the quest for Trinket: Tears of Bitter Anguish (huge early haste and a powerful proc). You’re now ready to start exploring and progressing. The Task Area — Your Hub Teleport there via your Magic Stone and learn the layout. Services & Utilities Profession trainers lined along the stairs Train most recipes directly and buy many others Economic/utility stations: Mailbox, Guild Bank, Bank Teller, Barber Chair, Anvil & Forge Vendors 2× Mount vendors + Riding Trainer Gem vendor Poisons vendor Bags & Misc vendor 3× Materials/Profession vendors Quest Givers Located further down—check them regularly for tasks and rewards Trainers & Skills Weapon skills: All learned and maxed automatically on new characters. Class trainers: You still train your class spells at faction capital cities (e.g., Exodar for Alliance). Use your teleporter. Gearing Philosophy Target #1: Dodge cap (95%) so NPCs rarely hit you → enables soloing. Achieve via ~4000 Agility or full Dodge gemming/enchanting (Agility path is generally stronger overall). Target #2: Haste cap (1550) for instant casts/0.00 speed. Gem & Enchant every slot for Agility/Dodge and Haste as appropriate. Early, Impactful Items (Farmable) Hand of Edward the Odd (1H mace) — Molten Core trash (early, easy access). On‑hit proc for +320 Haste for a few seconds; massive early DPS. Dragonspine Trophy (trinket) — Gruul’s Lair (Gruul). On‑hit Haste proc, highly prized. Soloable with some setup; easier with 1‑2 helpers. Tears of Bitter Anguish (trinket) — From the Panda NPC quest (starting area). Mandatory early trinket. VIP options (if applicable): Signet of Edward the Odd (ring) — On‑hit Haste proc Additional haste trinkets and starter pieces from the VIP Shop (access via Magic Stone → VIP Services → Vendors) Groupable Raids for Haste Gear Naxxramas: Recommended as your first raid for gearing (easier to get a group than ICC; often too hard to solo very early). ICC: Great for retail haste gear but not realistically soloable at the start. Form groups when ready. Artifact Gear (BoE) A strong bridge above “Need” gear. Playing Snowman (found in Exodar and Silvermoon😞 drops Artifact items Deadmines and Burning Legion Fort: also drop Artifact pieces Farming a few Artifact items can significantly boost your ability to solo mid‑tier content. 10‑Step Progression Snapshot 1. Grab Need starter set from the New Man Equipment vendor. 2. Do the Panda NPC quest for Tears of Bitter Anguish. 3. Gem/Enchant full Agility/Dodge until you’re close to 95% Dodge. 4. Farm Molten Core trash for Hand of Edward the Odd. 5. Attempt Gruul’s Lair for Dragonspine Trophy (bring 1‑2 players if needed). 6. Visit Task Area: set up professions, buy gems/mats, grab useful consumables. 7. If VIP: visit VIP Shop for early haste trinkets/ring. 8. Farm Artifact gear (Playing Snowman, Deadmines, Burning Legion Fort). 9. Start group Naxxramas runs → pick up retail haste gear. 10.When durable/fast enough, progress to ICC groups. Soloing Expectations With Dodge cap you can solo most server content, but it may be slow until you also raise Haste. Don’t be afraid to group for early raids (Naxx, Gruul) to speed up gearing. Quick FAQ Q: I hit 95% dodge—why can players still hit me? A: PvP uses player stats; opponents with Hit/Expertise can still connect. This keeps PvP healthy. Q: What’s the fastest early upgrade path? A: Panda trinket → gem/enchant to dodge → Molten Core (Edward) → Gruul (DST) → Artifact pieces → Naxx → ICC. Q: Where are class/weapon trainers? A: Weapon skills are auto‑maxed. Class spells still come from capital‑city trainers. Q: How do I teleport around? A: Use the Magic Stone (bags) or the World Teleporter NPC; they share functionality. Notes for VIP Players Access the VIP Shop via Magic Stone → VIP Services Grab early haste trinkets and Signet of Edward the Odd You can learn Dual Wield on classes that normally can’t, via the VIP menu Final Tips Enchant and gem every slot—small stats add up quickly on Eternion. Keep an eye on Task Area vendors and quests. Form small groups early; solo later once you’re capped. Remember the core: Haste cap + Dodge cap = Win. Kind Regards, Chovie
