How to Report a Bug

Post in the #bug-reports channel on our Discord for the fastest response.

Use the in-game ticket system for bugs encountered while playing. Type .ticket create

Please include as much information as possible when reporting bugs:

Issues with quests, NPCs, spells, items, or game mechanics.

Examples:

• Quest not completing

• NPC missing or wrong location

• Spell not working correctly

Problems specific to class abilities, talents, or mechanics.

Examples:

• Talent not applying correctly

• Ability damage incorrect

• Pet AI issues

Issues within dungeons or raids.

Examples:

• Boss mechanics broken

• Loot not dropping

• Instance resetting incorrectly

Problems with the website, registration, or account features.

Examples:

• Login issues

• Store not working

• Character display errors
