Server Rules

These rules apply across both Eternion realms. By playing on Eternion you agree to follow them. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse — read them before you log in.

Enforcement

Punishments range from warnings and mutes to temporary or permanent bans, depending on severity and history. Staff decisions are made in good faith and at their discretion. Serious offenses — cheating, RMT, payment fraud — skip straight to a permanent ban across all realms.

01General Conduct

    Be respectful

    No harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or personal attacks toward players or staff. Treat everyone with basic respect.

    No spam

    Do not flood chat channels, mail, or whispers with repeated or meaningless messages. This includes excessive caps and trade-channel abuse.

    English in public channels

    Keep World, Trade, and LookingForGroup in English so staff can moderate. Speak any language you like in private, party, and guild chat.

    No real-money trading (RMT)

    Selling gold, items, accounts, or services for real money outside the official store is strictly forbidden and results in a permanent ban.

02Accounts & Security

  • 1
    One person, your account

    You are responsible for everything done on your account. Account sharing is at your own risk — we will not restore items lost to shared access.

    No account selling or trading

    Accounts are non-transferable. Buying or selling accounts is prohibited.

  • 3
    Protect your login

    Staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who does is scamming you — report them immediately.

03Exploits & Cheating

    No third-party software

    Bots, hacks, automation, packet editing, or any program that gives an unfair advantage results in a permanent ban.

    Report bugs, don't abuse them

    Found a bug or exploit? Report it on the forums or Discord. Abusing bugs (duplication, unintended teleports, vendor exploits) is a bannable offense and may wipe affected characters.

    No exploiting game mechanics

    Intentionally crashing the server, lag-abuse, or griefing instances and events ruins it for everyone and is punished.

04Names & Identity

    Appropriate names

    Character, guild, and pet names must not be offensive, impersonate staff, or contain real-world references such as politicians, brands, or slurs. GMs may force-rename violators.

    No staff impersonation

    Do not pretend to be staff or claim authority you don't have.

05Trading & Economy

    Trades are final

    Scamming in trades is against the rules, but always double-check the trade window before accepting. We may not be able to reverse completed trades.

    Donation Points & store items

    Store purchases are delivered to your account and characters per the store terms. Chargebacks or payment fraud result in a permanent ban across all realms.

06Gameplay & Events

    Follow GM instructions during events

    GM-run events have their own temporary rules — follow them. Disrupting official events may get you removed.

  • 2
    No griefing

    Corpse-camping to harass, blocking quest NPCs, or deliberately ruining others' gameplay is not allowed where it crosses into harassment.

Reporting Violations

See someone breaking the rules? Report them in-game with a GM ticket, on our Discord, or via the forums. Include screenshots and character names where possible.
