Important Notice

Donations to Eternion are voluntary contributions to support server operation and development. They are not purchases of goods or services. Please read this policy carefully before making a donation.

1. General Policy

Donations made to Eternion are generally non-refundable. When you make a donation, you acknowledge that you are supporting the server voluntarily and any rewards provided are a thank-you gift, not a purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from receiving your donation rewards.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for a single donation.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If someone made a donation using your payment method without authorization.
  • Server Closure: If the server permanently closes within 30 days of your donation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after receiving donation rewards.
  • Account bans due to terms of service violations.
  • Dissatisfaction with the server or gameplay experience.
  • Rewards that have already been used or consumed in-game.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the donation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our Discord server or Contact page.
  2. Provide your account username, the email used for the donation, and the transaction ID or receipt.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Any donation rewards received will be removed from your account upon refund.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund may result in permanent account suspension. If you have a legitimate concern, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
