1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Eternion ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Eternion is a private World of Warcraft server providing a free-to-play gaming experience. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to others.
• One person may have multiple accounts, but multiboxing is restricted.
• Account names and character names must be appropriate and not offensive.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using any cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal gain without reporting them.
• Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior toward other players.
• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, gold, or accounts.
• Impersonating staff members or other players.
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the Service.
• Advertising other private servers or services.

5. Donations

Donations to Eternion are voluntary contributions to support server operation and development. Donation rewards are provided as a thank-you and do not constitute a purchase. Donations are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

World of Warcraft and all related content are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. Eternion is a fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. We do not claim ownership of any Blizzard intellectual property.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or other actions at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any account or player for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eternion is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, account issues, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
